How Far In Advance Should I book Your Services?
We recommend booking as soon as you have your wedding date set. Popular dates can fill up quickly, often 12-18 months in advance. Click here to receive a free quote and to begin the booking process.
Do You Travel For Weddings?

What style of photography do you specialize in?

How do we secure our date with you?
To secure your date, we require a signed contract and a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due one week before your wedding.
Can we provide a list of specific shots we want?
Absolutely! We encourage you to share any specific shots or moments you want captured. We will also work with you to create a comprehensive shot list.
How long after the wedding will we receive our photos?
You can expect to receive your edited photos within 6-8 weeks after your wedding day. We take great care in editing to ensure each image is perfect.
Do you offer photo albums and prints?
Yes, we offer custom-designed photo albums and a variety of print options. These can be added to any package or purchased separately.
What does your videography package include?
Our videography packages include full-day coverage, a highlight reel, and a full-length wedding film. We also offer options for additional edits and raw footage. To see our full videography services click here.
How long will it take to receive our wedding video?
The editing process for your wedding video typically takes 8-10 weeks. This ensures that every detail is meticulously crafted into your final film.
Can we select our own music for the video?
Yes, we welcome your input on music selection. We’ll work with you to choose songs that reflect your style and complement your wedding film.
Note that Midwest Wedding Co. may use wedding footage for our promotional purposes and that the music will change when used for our social media / marketing due to copyright laws.
Do you have a drone?
Yes. Our select videographers are Part 107 Certified Pilots and allowed to operate within U.S. airspace under FAA guidelines. Weather permitting, of course.
Do you offer engagement photo sessions?
Yes, we offer engagement sessions as part of some of our packages or as a standalone service. This is a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera and create beautiful images for your save-the-dates or wedding website. Discover our Extra packages by clicking here.
Will we meet our photographer/videographer before the wedding?
Absolutely! We offer a pre-wedding consultation to discuss your vision, itinerary, and any special requests you have. This meeting can be in-person or virtual.
